In an initial joint discussion, we will understand where your problem lies and weigh up initial possible solutions and costs.

Together, we develop a concept for the software and define an MVP (minimum viable product), which we will later put into operation at your premises and which can be further developed as required.

sprints

The software is developed in a cycle of 1-3 weeks in so-called sprints. At the end of each sprint, we present our progress to you in a review so that we can respond to any adjustment requests at any time.

Once the MVP has been developed and tested, we will commission the software at your premises. Extensions to the software can then be initiated and developed in further sprints.

Support & Maintenance

Once the software meets your requirements, we will continue to provide support so that we can respond to system updates and customization requests.

Which robot languages does Icarus support?
  • We support all major robot manufacturers, including KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa, Dürr, IGM, and many more. 
  • Our tools are manufacturer-independent and can be used across platforms. 
Can I continue to use existing systems with your tools?
  • Yes.

  • Our software solutions integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructures. We deliberately focus on compatibility and expandability rather than completely new developments.

How long does a software development project take at your company?

  • That depends on the scope – but thanks to our MVP focus, agile methods, and direct communication, we often deliver the first functional prototype in less than 10 weeks.

Do you also offer support for Siemens Tecnomatix?
  • Yes, even at the third level. 
  • We support you with installation, release management, packaging, and daily use of the Tecnomatix suite. 
Do I need my own IT department to work with you?
  • No.
  • We have the necessary expertise. 
  • Whether it's a small automation project or a group-wide platform solution: we think along with you, develop with you, and provide end-to-end support. 
And what if my robot prefers to speak Spanish?
  • No problem—we also speak RAPID, KRL, AS, VAL3, and even a little humorous Java.
